If you have any domains that are INFRINGING to brands like COCA COLA, DISNEY, MCDONALDS, VERIZON, make sure you immediately get away from these domains and DELETE THEM IMMEDIATELY. They are not domains you want to trade off of.

Opinion: Don’t park your domains with Domain Name Parking groups like Domain Sponsor… etc., ever… – you’ll end up paying for it from all angles, plus more… – they are already in trouble with lawsuits that will haunt Domain Sponsors’ own customers.

They have already been put through many lawsuits, and they will do unfair trade with knowledge of your domains names when you park with them.

ENOM takes over the parked page when the DOMAIN EXPIRES – BAD PRACTICE!!!

ENOM’s “YOUNG GIRL” parked page that takes place when a domain expires is a BAD PRACTICE OF DEMAND MEDIA, that will get DOMAIN HOLDERS IN FUCKING HUGE TROUBLE.  By Enom (DEMAND MEDIA) engaging in this practice, they benefit from any revenue derived, but if they place any links that are infringing, the DOMAIN HOLDER gets busted for it.  It already happened and costs so much in LEGAL FEES to fight the lawsuits because of the companies that SUE for assuming that the DOMAIN HOLDER is monetizing the parked page intentionally, when in reality, it’s ENOM that is making the 100% of the benefit.

Any Consumer or Business owner or Anyone that supports a business that engages in abusive practices of the law should re-think what they buy.

Imagine Verizon Communications using a “DEFAULT JUDGEMENT” as a way for them to MAKE MONEY on new cases. The Default Judgement was against OnlineNIC, who didn’t show up to the trial, and the judge ruled the default judgement of $50,000 per domain (663 domains) equalling to $33,150,000 approximately. This is a balogne case since OnlineNIC never paid anything for this.

Cybersquatting in the grocery store

Imagine you’re walking in the grocery store, and you can’t find your favorite Soda, COKE.  So you ask the Grocery Clerk, what Isle can I find Coke on, and he says, Isle 7a.  So you walk down Isle 7a, and while you’re looking for the COKE, you come across PEPSI, MOUNTAIN DEW, 7UP, THE GROCERY BRAND COLA, BUT YOU’RE LOOKING FOR COKE.

ESSENTIALLY, THESE OTHER BRANDS, ARE PARKING THEMSELVES SPECIFICALLY IN LOCATIONS IN THE SHELVES, WHERE YOU WILL POTENTIALLY GET THOSE DRINKS, AND NOT EVEN GET TO THE COKE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Think about Domain Fest by Domain Sponsor & Traffic Conference by Rick Schwartz

BOTH OF THESE CONFERENCES ARE LOSING THEIR STEAM BECAUSE THEY ARE ATTRACTING THE WRONG PEOPLE, AND THE WRONG PEOPLE ARE THOSE WHO ARE USING THE CONFERENCE IN BAD FAITH.  REMEMBER RON SHERADON FIGHT WITH RICK SHWARTZ.  REMEMBER ATTORNEYS FROM LARGE FIRMS USING THE CONFERENCE TO SERVE DOMAIN HOLDERS BY ASKING AROUND, GETTING TO KNOW WHO’S IN ATTENDANCE.  DON’T TRUST THE ATTENDEES.  THEY ARE NOT WHO YOU THINK THEY ARE.
